two instances of abruption

I've put myself on the line now don't you ever let me down. Do you know how it's been before? Don't let me down.
You can never know just what it is to me, to see you smile, to see you looking with your peircing gaze, to feel breath on my cheek from the wind of your favor. Don't let it be a passing wind, don't let my sky ever calm, I always want to see your clouds. Don't let me down.

I feel the train of thought rumble past me in the night, in the dark of the tunnel. Passing by in a whirlwind of sound and air, restless and swirling, brushing me past, pinning me to the wall. Just noise, icy fingers of wind, and dust; dust that covers the darkness, dust that clouds my mind. I can't breathe, can't see, can't feel, can't live here.
And the thought passes and all is silent and black.
